Happy Relationshipping! I've waited all year for this one, and I'm so excited that signups are open!

I hope that you can get some inspiration from these prompts. I had a lot of fun putting them together, and look forward to seeing what you do with them!

• Hey. What if. What if established relationship Gaius/Livia where they're already aware that it's a little weird for them to be in love given the whole adopted father/daughter thing.


• And then they somehow get confirmation that nope! They are fully blood related. That is his daughter right there!


• Whether the struggles they face are internal or external, I'd like to see how they react!

[FFXIV] s!Koana/s!Wuk Lamat

• So Koana is so clearly a siscon, right? Like, it's totally obvious to everyone who played DT, right? Right??


• In my mind, the whole reason/resolve thing is like a marriage. I think Koana, on some level, thinks the same, even if he knows it's wrong. I want to see him struggle with the fact that, to him, he's marrying his sister- and he kinda likes it.


• If you can somehow worm some Zoraal Ja innocently abusing Koana in there? Some good ol' fashioned "I protected you from our older brother and now you have zero idea how bad it was?" I will love you forever.

[FFXIV] Brother!Fourchenault/Brother!Thancred Waters

• Ohhhh. Ohh. Falls over myself and tumbles down an entire flight of stairs. Ohhhhhhh.


• I'm just gonna go ahead and link my NCA letter . I'll even throw in my Heart Attack letter as well.


• Basically, I'm looking for cycles of abuse, complex rituals that only these two know, and fear of outsider discovery.


• Since this is relationshipping, I'm especially interested in what it would look like to see these two try and be brothers! Like, give it their best effort. Make it nice for the tabloids and all that.

[BG3] Father!Gale Dekarios/Daughter!Arabella

• Ok, so first of all, let me get into my read of Gale.


• While you don't have to write it like this, I personally feel that Gale was never actually groomed by Mystra. Ultimately, that's all fanon, even if it's very solid fanon.


• This isn't to say that there was no power differential at play here, but I find Gale a much more compelling character if he is intentionally pulling from his fellow companions' tragic backstories and weaving (ha) the details into his own. It gives him a lot more narrative agency and adds some nice variation to the party.


• Again! If you're uncomfortable with this read but still want to write Father!Gale/Daughter!Arabella, I totally get it. That said!


• I love the position that these two are in. Gale, a proper Blackstaff boy, in need of someone to teach. Arabella, newly orphaned and granted power beyond her comprehension, in need of someone to teach her. It's simple mathematics!


• Whether Mystra specifically groomed Gale or not, I do feel that 5e wizardry can get a little, uh, noncey? So I don't think it's out of the question for Gale to do some horrid things, all the while thinking it's totally normal.


• Alternatively, he's kind of a little worm of a man! Maybe he's not naive at all. Maybe he knows exactly what he's doing, sees Arabella as a means towards some end- and then, maybe, finds himself attached to her, anyway.


• Basically, I want Gale and Arabella on a Humbert and Dolores road trip. Where they're going, how they get there, and what gets in their way? All up to you, my friend.

[BG3] S!Astarion/S!Dalyria

• DALYRIA!!! My sweet girl, Dalyria!!!


• God, she's so fucked up. Twirls my hair.


• I'm very interested in what a "hey I murdered our niece" confession would look like. I feel like Astarion's willingness to do evil is often overlooked in fanfic, and so I'm kinda curious what he would do when confronted with his sister's own pretty damn evil action! Specifically in the context of them being lovers, of course.


• I just. Augh. Reunion!! Sobs wildly!!


• For your precanon enjoyers, however, I can't deny that I'm interested in a "our bond is forged when Father forces us to have sex for his viewing pleasure" kinda deal.


• The relationship between the parentified sibling and the alternating scapegoat/favourite sibling is just. It's so fascinating to me!


• In the end, if the ship catches your eye but the prompts don't, feel free to go a little wild with it. I just want more Dalyria content in the world, especially if Astarion is involved.

• Perhaps a dangerous move, but I'm leaving this one super open ended.


• I just want one version of Astarion to confront another version of himself. Whether by magic, time travel, or good ol' fashioned psychology, I wanna see him tear himself to shreds.


• Like.


• In a shipping way.


• Y'know?

[Elden Ring] C!Nepheli Loux/P!Gideon Ofnir

• "Father has always given me his guidance... And now...I've lost it..."


• I can't express how insane that line drives me. She thinks so highly of him. She was just following in the spirit of what he taught her! It's so unfair. Poor girl.


• I really, really, really want precanon of these two. I want her in his lap at his desk. I want her cleaning up while he sleeps. I want the love, the pining, the utter dedication!


• I want something so sweet and tender that anyone reading it can't help but think about what's to come and clutch their heart. You feel me?


• If you can really get Gideon's voice down, I'll be especially grateful. I love how off-putting he is! Absolute freak of a man!

[Elden Ring] Self!Miquella/Self!St. Trina

• I like when two figures with long, pretty hair and big, flowy dresses are the same person but also sisters but also a host and removed organ AND they kiss. Thanks.
• I would absolutely, positively die if someone wrote me the purplest possible prose about these two. If said someone leaned in on the whole 'organ forcible removed by host' thing? Even better.
• I'm also very into the idea of seeing Miq's memories through Trina's eyes as the two are separated. The horror of individualisation is a big, big fave of mine. So tragic, yet so romantic!

[Elden Ring] Self!Miquella/Self!St. Trina/Thiollier

• First- if you haven't read the above, I highly recommend doing so!
• Ok so now with that all said. Throw a Thiollier into the mix.
• I'm a little obsessed with him. He's, uh, kinda messed up! Like, fully just a terrible person! Which, hey, pretty much everyone in this game is, but it's the atrocities I'm interested in.
• How would Thiollier feel about the rejection Trina has faced at Miquella's hands? What might he do about it, if anything?
• Additionally, how would Thiollier feel about Trina being, quite literally, Miquella's love? If the two are the same person and also sisters +c +c, how do you think he feels about the two being more deeply connected than he could ever be with Trina?
• I think there's a lot to play around with if one views Thillioer as, uh, a stalker, and also views Miq/Trina as incest! Please splash around in this mud with me!

[CoA&L] S!Andrew Graves/S! Ashley Graves

• Kinda tragic how we're never gonna get a third game by the original creator, huh!
• I didn't expect to like this game. But here I am! And now I'm sad about it. I love the way that it plays with obsession and attachment. I love how messy everybody is. I love how quickly it switches between tones. I love... augh!
• I'd really appreciate getting to see a tender love scene between these two! The push and pull of "ew so gross" vs "ok this was kind of inevitable" vs "actually we were made for each other" is what gets my heart.
• Holds my hands out. Hurt/comfort. Think about it. These two started with so much trauma and it's only gotten worse since. What if, after tending to the physical wounds, either the wounded or the caretaker breaks down, and the only cure for the psychological wound is snuggling together?
• And then snuggling together leads to- well, you get the idea.
