Thank you so much for reading! I cannot overstate how excited I am to see how you take these ideas. Hopefully this letter will grant you some insight and/or inspiration!

Dungeons and Dragons

Ireena (child)/Tatyana (adult)

• I love the idea of Tatyana preparing Ireena for what's to come. The cycle has repeated itself for so long that I can absolutely imagine Tatyana having found a way of speaking to her incarnations! The way this manifests is entirely up to you!


• I'd like to see the ways in which the people around Ireena have affected her. What is Strahd's presence in her life so far, and how is it changing her? How does she feel about her father and brother? Is there anyone else in her village she feels strongly about?


• The love between Tatyana and Sergei has always fascinated me. It's easy to wax poetic about how perfect and beautiful they were together- but were they?

Ireena (child)/ Ismark (child)

• I have never gotten to see Ireena x Ismark play out in game, but it's haunted every single run. Iconic of them to be twincest despite not being explicitly blood related, tbh.


• I forget if this is canon or not, but I've always thought of them as having trained together as children. The fact that Ireena gets the noble statblock while Ismark gets, y'know, hitpoints? Criminal. I like them as equals in combat, personally.


• Prompts-wise, I would absolutely die to see them exploring each other, learning about sex and intimacy in a way that is far kinder than Barovia would usually allow. Whether the conflict comes from the taboo of it all, the lingering threat of Strahd, or some other source, thinking about the trust and loyalty they share despite living in a world based on hate and heartbreak just! It gives me the vapours!


• Also! Imagine them running off together! Taking fate into their own hands before they even understand what they're up against! Misunderstanding their father's obsession with keeping them safe and instead rebelling! I just! Imagine it!!

Ismark (child)/ Strahd (adult)

• Too-young Ismark deciding he'll defend his sister- be it by killing her aggressor or taking her place- and biting off far more than he can chew!


• The threat of Strahd's control! Strahd taking obscene pleasure in treating this boy as his puppet!


• I should mention here that in most runs, Ismark has been transmasc. I'm fine with both cis and trans Ismark, but the latter does certainly have a special place in my heart.

Baldur's Gate III

Halsin (child)/ Thaniel (child)

• The inherent power imbalance between Halsin and Thaniel fascinates the hell out of me. Even when Halsin is a child and should be Thaniel's equal, there's something so very off about their friendship!


• Exploring Thaniel as something to be feared- even before the shadow curse corrupted him- would be such an interesting direction. I'm a sucker for dangerous, even monstrous beings with innocent visages. In general, I'd love to see something that dances between horror and delight.


• To me, Halsin radiates a calm kind of loneliness. By the time we meet him, he's very much accepted it. Getting to see Thaniel's role in either exploiting or fostering that loneliness would make me VERY happy- especially given that he looks back on his friendship with Thaniel in such a nostalgic way.

• I want to see these two bang so bad it makes me look stupid.


• I don't just mean literally bang, either. Let's be honest, that chess scene was just barely not sex.


• I want to see the power struggle, the give and take. Mol is a perfect prodigy, perhaps too perfect. A leash pulls both ways; what happens when Raphael finds himself on the wrong side?


• Also, uh, yeah. Mol being so protective over the other kids and so determined to fuck over the adults around her, uhhhh. Haha. That girl has been through some shit. I don't personally think this is her first rodeo.


• That said. I do feel that there's a genuine affection on Raphael's end. Whether it's fraternal, paternal, romantic, platonic, or some bizarre amalgamation, I don't really read him as purely malicious! Seeing the ways in which that manifests, and how it compares to her past experiences with adults who are clearly taking advantage if her, would be an absolute joy.

Mol (child)/ Arabella (child)

• The younger they are, the more messed up I'd like it to be.


• Pre-canon, mid-canon, or post-canon would all be lovely!


• Personally? Mol and Arabella are excellent candidates for some truly toxic yuri. The fact that the game gives us two extra special tiefling kids makes me wonder how they'd get along! They're both complicated, and hurt, and confused. It's a tale as old as time, really.
• To be totally honest, I have the least clearly defined image of what these two are like. Mostly I'm interested in seeing what someone else sees in them! Go wild!!

Final Fantasy XIV

Varis (child)/ Regula (child)

• Varis and Regula are romance.


• I think of the phrase "Varis is the most owned man in Final Fantasy" at least three times a day. He's my meow meow. I kick my feet and twirl my hair when I think of him. He's angry and pathetic and horrible and I want him so bad.


• Regula being his childhood friend makes me unspeakably happy. I
• ...That said. I am utterly captivated by Varis's dynamic with Solus. The desperation for Grandfather's approval. The dread that creeps over him as his image of the man sours. There's a lot of hurt there. Perhaps Regula can offer some comfort? Haha? Perhaps?


• Also, Carosa? Arranged marriage with Carosa? Uncertainty over what the future will hold? Varis and Regula's forbidden love that they conceal with their well established friendship? Consider it. Turn it around in your brain for a bit.

Minfilia (child)/ Venat (adult)

• Ok, hear me out. I want Venat to be my sweet and unproblematic wife as much as the next gay girl. But consider, for a moment, the Ancient Greece of it all. What if Venat saw Minfilia as a girl deserving of a proper initiation into adulthood? What if her role as the narrative manifestation of pure love and light took a bit of a darker turn when applied to a creature so much smaller than her?


• In general, there's something so raw and true about being a young gay girl in love with her mentor. The fact that her mentor is also essentially her goddess makes it all the more accurate, in my opinion.

Gaia (child)/ Ryne (child)

• Two teenage lesbians walk into the First. They both have horrifically complicated relationships with an older person in their life. There's no punchline here, they're both in a really difficult position and too young to fully process what they've gone through.


• Basically, I feel like these two are in capital L Love, but that doesn't mean it's easy. How do their expectations of what it means to be in a relationship affect their current dynamic? How do their difficult pasts lead them to hurt each other? How do they overcome that?

Thancred (child)/ Fourchenault (child)

• Yeahhh I want to see these two tear each other apart. Lol.


• Whether you see them as the son Louisoux didn't want and the one he did, the one who resisted his legacy and the one who carries it to this day, or the son he couldn't reasonably take to bed and the one he could, these two have a lot going on.


• Make them compete in a more literal sense! Make one try to assert dominance over the other in the only way he knows how! Put the tormentor in a situation where his target has full control over him! As long as they're at each other's throats by the end of it, I'm happy.

Alphinaud (child)/ Alisaie (child)

Overview|| Teen or Tween ; R/NC or NAWA ; With or Without Smut


Prompts

• These two ruin me on the regular.


• First, I headcanon them as identical, with Alphinaud being trans. It's not required, but certainly preferred.


• Second, my favourite interpretation of their dynamic is that there's never really been a line between them as siblings and them as lovers. I find them most interesting when their definition of love simply doesn't fit into what their society considers acceptable.


• Third, I find the more tragic aspects of their dynamic to be absolutely ELECTRIC in the above context. It's clear that most find Alphinaud more palatable and more mature than Alisaie. Additionally, I find that he was functionally much closer to Louisoix than the game likes to acknowledge, and that Fourchenault outwardly favoured her a bit more- or, at least, had less obstacles in demonstrating his love for her. Basically- she lives in his shadow, but has an easier time developing close relationships.


• With this in mind, I'd love to find out what happens when they're imperiled together. I like the idea of their love for one another being so intense that they can't really be rational about it, and that irrationality being drawn out by an antagonist.


• Alternatively! I like seeing them find that no, they haven't outgrown their closeness. What if, long ago, they tried to convince themselves that they were perfectly capable of being just siblings, not lovers? What happens when something shows them that they were horribly, horribly wrong? When would be the worst time for them to make that discovery?
